We agree goals for our programme including both measurable increases in individual capability and organisational impact. Our goals and indicators of progress are agreed at the outset with input from your manager.
Our coaching programme is tailored to specifically address these goals including number, frequency and duration of sessions. Coaching sessions combine a review of critical events to gain learnings and working through practical strategies and approaches going forward.
We continually review progress and seek feedback from your manager to help us assess impact. One month before completion of the programme, the coach will gather feedback from the your manager on progress and develop with you a plan for sustaining progress.

Our coaches adhere to the Code of Conduct of their accrediting body i.e. APECS, ICF or EMCC which all have consistent standards on confidentiality.
Business Momentum's coaches are fully committed to their own development to increase the value they add to clients as well as having a duty of care to ensure that they are adhering to the highest professional and ethical standards. We all, therefore, undertake regular supervision in accordance with the standards of our accrediting bodies.
We identify a client's needs through a combination of dialogue, 360 degree feedback, capability gap assessment and diagnostic tools selected according to client's requirements.

Progress is reviewed continually with the client and impact assessed by seeking feedback from the client's manager/sponsor at agreed intervals eg after 3 or 6 sessions.
One month before completion of the programme, the coach will gather feedback on progress from the client's manager and, if agreed, from other colleagues, and develop a plan for sustainability.
On completion of the programme, Business Momentum will send a "Coaching Evaluation Form" to the client for completion. This helps us evaluate the programme and provides valuable developmental feedback to the coach.
Post Merger Integration
Depending on whose research you reference, mergers have a failure rate of anywhere between 50 to 85 percent. Challenges in integrating very different operating models and cultures are major causes of failure.
We work with the Leadership Team to create a cohesive, collaborate organisation that combines the strengths of both companies. We start by helping the team to gain a shared understanding of the critical challenges they face as a business. We then coach them to make the changes required to lead effectively together as "one team".

Team coaching happens after we have created the foundations for high performance. It involves giving the team feedback on how effectively they are working and input on how they can become more collaborative. It helps them improve their effectiveness as they work on their business leadership agenda. Learning on the job increases their performance.
