Founded in 2001, Business Momentum is led by co-founder, John Drysdale. He is supported by a team of highly experienced coaches and consultants. They have a track record of success working with senior leaders and teams in businesses across a range of sectors.

The team has broad cross-cultural experience and ability to deliver coaching in English, French and German. Each member has held senior executive roles in complex international organisations. They each bring deep expertise in leadership and organisation development. 

Our coaches adhere to the code of conduct of their accredited body i.e. APECS, ICF, EMCC which all have consistent standards on confidentiality.

John has been a fully accredited Executive Coach with the Association of Executive Coaches and Supervision ( APECS) since 2006. APECS is the top level professional accreditation body for Executive Coaching & Supervision in the UK.

Client companies range from large global corporations to medium-sized enterprises. John has worked with executives and teams from UK, US, Europe and Asia, across a range of business sectors. 

He combines deep expertise in leadership development with 30 years commercial experience in complex, global organisations, as a senior executive, management consultant and co-founder of a successful global coaching business.

Prior to founding Business Momentum,  John was Director, Learning & Development for Aon, responsible for recruitment, assessment and development of senior leaders up to executive committee level. Previously, as a senior management consultant with a leading global firm, John led complex change programmes across a range of sectors.

John has BA(Hons) in Business Economics and fully accredited coach by APECS (Association of Professional Executive Coaching and Supervision). For seven years until 2014, he served as a member of the Advisory Board of Lancaster University Management School.

He is qualified in the use of a range of instruments including: Leadership Development Framework (LDF) Myers Briggs (Step 1 & 2) ; Firo B; Hogan Surveys (full suite); and is a certificated facilitator in Systemic Organisation Constellations.

Pru is a co-founder of Business Momentum. She helps leaders and teams create the conditions for their organisations to succeed and for those who work in them to thrive.

She develops new ways of thinking and working that  enable her clients to tap into a company’s latent potential. Challenging and supporting them to change the conversations in their organisation brings about a shift in how they work and lead together. Drawing on best practice, her approach is tailored to clients’ specific needs and circumstances.

Pru has in depth experience of working with leaders in retail banking, insurance, retail and technology sectors on major organisation change programmes

An honours graduate, Pru’s early career was in HR with Ford motor Company and later in the Technology sector where she focused on leadership team effectiveness and employee engagement.

She is accredited in a range of instruments including Myers Briggs ( Step 1 & 2), Firo B, Full Hogan Suite of Surveys, Spiral Dynamics and is a Master NLP Practitioner.
